TechnoPlants, thanks to all its years of experience and continuous technological innovation, is able to meet all customer requests for any kind of nonwoven application. The company will be exhibiting at ITMA at booth A203, hall 10. Its patented modular MULTIline system combines few machines able to work in combination or stand alone with really any kind of fibers, natural, synthetic, regenerated and many other mixes. The new Airlay cards presented at ITMA allow a very wide range from 20 up to 20,000 gsm The Doffer Airlay Card for light webs includes all the capabilities of Airlay technologies with the addition of a doffer cylinder. The best solution for those who don’t want to choose between the traditional combination of Roller card + Crosslapper or the Airlay technology. Its main advantages are the wide range of thicknesses from 20 to 1500 gsm or even less, no defects on the products, a machine with a small footprint and practical use, capable to comb, separate and make parallel all types of natural, synthetic and regenerated fibers. Complete with airlaying suction and with doffing system like traditional roller cards it is possible to produce: • Carded webs with doffer • Airlaid webs with top + bottom suction • Partly carded and partly airlaid web, creating an innovative product which currently does not exist on the market. The light webs can than feed a Vertical lapper for the production of a Fiberwave product. It’s suitable for many applications especially for the hygiene, filtration, ADL, and medical sectors. The New Airlay Card S is a special design that allows the aerodynamic web formation of fiber mixes or fiber and powder mixes, all in one machine. Its main advantage is the double function which is able to work forward with workers and back with the integrated powder system that allows for a wide range of heavy weights from 300 up to 20,000 gsm All machines and combinations are available to be tested in TechnoPlants’ industrial scale show room lines in Italy.
